I guaranee that all of my pickups are free of component and manufacturing defects for life to the original purchaser.

If you are unsatisfied with any pickup purchased directly from me or would like to change it for another model, return the pickup in its original condition by mail within 30 days of purchase date and I will either change or refund the pickup. Please e-mail me to obtain a returns reference as unsolicited returns cannot be accepted. Special ordered sets cannot be returned for exchange or refund.

Should a problem arise, return the pickup via registered mail to the address below and every effort will be made to repair or replace it free of charge as quickly as possible.

The customer is liable for all costs incurred for returned pickups.

The guarantee is only valid to the original purchaser and is non transferable. The guarantee does not cover damage through misuse or improper handling,, installation issues or any form of modification or repair undertaken by anyone other than me.

Responsibility for correct and safe installation of the pickup rests with the purchaser. If you are unfamiliar with wiring or have never fitted guitar pickups before please consult an experienced guitar repairer and get the pickup installed professionally. This applies specially to installation of telecaster neck pickup because it includes modification of pickguard and pickup cavity.

I will careffuly pack pickups and send it via EMS Airmail from Croatia (Europe) and provide tracking number. Status of your purcel in Croatia you can see here http://ips.posta.hr/ .

Shipping price for European addresses is max. €10 and outside Europe Worldwide max. $20.
